Return Policy: For All Silk Products listed in our Silk Catalog:

If you are not pleased with your purchase or the item arrives damaged, it may be exchanged for an item of equal value within 30 days upon receipt of the original product.

* If damaged through shipping, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the item.

* Return the item, in its original wrapper along with post paid and a return addressed envelope.

Return Policy: For All CUSTOM Silk Items:

There are no refunds on custom work.

Your order may require exchanging proofs if there are critical color issues in the file.

If color is critical you must send us a match print. A match print is a print you have printed or a professional has printed and you have approved of the color. If you are planning to order the same image in quantity over a period of time, you must know that the color qualities of silk, being a natural textile vary from bolt to bolt, thus making exact matches impossible. Therefore order quantities in one order so they may be produced without this variable interferring.

In the event of damage, incurred during shipping we include proper insurance to

cover replacement.

We warrant that when we ship, the items are in new condition with

instructions to insure proper care and handling.

It is our intent that you are totally satisfied with your order and we will do everything we can to see that happen.

Shipping:

Orders are sent Either FedEx or UPS throughout the USA.

Overseas Orders are shipped U.S.P.S., Priority Mail.

Express delivery is available upon request.
